Areas we serve

Pain management in Ponte Vedra Beach.

A short drive down A1A from the beach communities, with everything — diagnosis, imaging and procedures — in one office.

Ponte Vedra Beach residents make up a large share of the practice. The office is south of the beach communities in Nocatee Town Center, an easy run down A1A or Palm Valley Road, and considerably closer than any hospital-based pain service.

What we see from Ponte Vedra Beach skews toward the athletic and the golf-related: lower backs, shoulders, hips and knees in people who are active and want to stay that way. That matters for treatment choice. Someone whose goal is to keep playing is a different patient from someone whose goal is to get through the day, and the plan should reflect that.

Practical

Getting here and what to expect

  • A short drive south on A1A or Palm Valley Road to Nocatee Town Center
  • Free parking at the door — no parking structure, no hospital campus
  • Diagnostic ultrasound and live X-ray in the office
  • Procedures performed in-office rather than at a hospital facility
  • One physician, every visit

The most common reason people come from Ponte Vedra Beach is a specific activity they have lost — a golf swing, a run, a tennis serve — rather than pain in the abstract. Getting that back is a more useful treatment target than a number on a pain scale, and it is how we frame the plan.

I go to the top position and must’ve been but lots alike so that sits at the very top. I refer him to anybody. I know that’s in pain because I know he has the knowledge and skills to help him.

I have been to many Pain Management Doctors and have finally found Dr Loch. I never feel rushed or uncomfortable. Dr. Loch and his amazing staff are extremely friendly and supportive. Instead of treating me as a patient, I am treated with compassion.
