I go to the top position and must’ve been but lots alike so that sits at the very top. I refer him to anybody. I know that’s in pain because I know he has the knowledge and skills to help him.

I have been to many Pain Management Doctors and have finally found Dr Loch. I never feel rushed or uncomfortable. Dr. Loch and his amazing staff are extremely friendly and supportive. Instead of treating me as a patient, I am treated with compassion.

Over too many years I have seen too pain management guys. This one is different. First, he caught something on an MRI that only one other health professional had caught, including those reading the MRI, a cyst at the base of my spine pushing again the nerve. Second, his (their) treatment of it was first class. He took his time, was gentle. Concerned about my pain level throughout the process. Talked. Was funny, or at least amused by my jokes, a nervous habit and caring. Great experience!

My first visit with the "Ponte Vedra Spine & Pain Center" was "exceptional". The staff were very friendly & welcoming as well as professional. My meeting with Dr Loch was equally "exceptional." He carefully reviewed the MRIs & and evaluations of previous physicians, listened attentively while I reported the origins of my back problem through my current condition. He then fully explained the available procedures to treat my back pain & was very frank about how effective each procedure could be in alleviating my pain. Our visit concluded with a thorough plan to address my condition until our next meeting; Dr Loch prescribed medication to manage my pain, and set up a follow up appointment. The Team at PV Spine and Pain have been great. From initial reach out through completion of procedure and communication has been top notch. Dr. Loch took time to discuss my needs, answered my questions and is unquestionably is an expert in his field. It is a friendly environment with the staff that clearly is concerned with the patient’s well-being.

Dr Loch studied the recent MRI of my knee and was able to give me details on the damage to my knee. He also had a plan to help me get some use without all the pain. So far so good.

I have to admit that it was tempting to write a bad review in order to keep Dr. Loch and his team to ourselves 😉 but they have been so great and patient with my father that I hope anyone experiencing pain finds themselves in the care of Dr. Loch. He explains the treatment plan to my elderly father and patiently allows him time to absorb what needs to be done. After my father mentally processes (because the initial response to any type of treatment is always 'no'), we schedule another appointment for the actual procedure. I am very thankful we found Ponte Vedra Spine and Pain Center! I have been so impressed with the entire staff that I switched my own pain management care to Dr. Loch.

Dr. Loch and his team were incredible with me. I had been suffering from pain for a year, being treated solely for muscle aches. I arrived at the clinic with my body visibly misaligned and in severe pain—having gone days without sleep despite taking the painkillers and muscle relaxants my primary care providers had prescribed, as they refused to give me a referral to a specialist or order any diagnostic tests. When I got to this clinic, they wouldn't let me go another day without a pain-free night's sleep. They ordered an MRI, and by 5:00 PM, the doctor was already seeing me; he administered an injection in my head and prescribed medication, as my condition also involves my nerves. I am so grateful to have found this clinic and these people who truly cared about my condition. I am finally receiving the proper treatment. I am deeply grateful.

Dr. Eli Loch has giving me a life without suffering and took me out of being debilitated. I was dragging my 🦵 leg and no other doctor could fixed my ankle that had been broken when i was younger. Now, i can step down on my ankle & lift my leg some. I am a Senior Citizen and worked as a laborer for years. It means a lot not to be in a Wheelchair. Try Stem Cells no matter who think you shouldn't. Enough said!!!

Dr. Loch was incredibly accommodating with my schedule. I felt very welcome by the front desk team upon my arrival for each and every appointment. Unlike many of my other doctors, Dr. Loch was very patient and took the time to understand my needs. I am 66 yrs old and have had multiple surgeries in the past with lingering issues. I’d been going to a different spine center for months and it took weeks for appointments, extremely difficult to get a hold of, etc… Dr. Loch and team are the complete opposite!! You get in quickly, it seems like they genuinely care, you can text them, e-mail them, call, etc…so easy to get a hold of. I would give 6 stars if I could,, HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

At this clinic, from the front office staff to the doc and his nursing staff, you’re not a slab of meat with a number to be processed and billed. It’s unfortunate if you have to call on these types of professionals to help you out, but if you find yourself in a situation that you need to call on these types of professionals, these are the ones to use. The office staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. I am always able to get an appointment asap with Dr. Loch. He has helped me tremendously with my chronic back and nerve pain with injections as needed. He listens to you and figures out a treatment plan. When he does the injections, he is very gentle and checks on you during the procedure to make sure you are comfortable. I have always had relief from pain after the injections. I highly recommend Dr. Loch and his office staff to anyone needing his expertise!

Found doctor Locke by accident On facebook. I decided it was time to change doctors as the current which I will not say, Doctor was not doing me any good. It was take this pill, take that pill.We'll see, give it two weeks give it eight weeks. Well, now I'm almost a year down-the-line and we're finally getting to the root of the problem after being with Doctor Locke for 2 months.
